How To Book & What You Need To Know
Advanced bookings at Whiskers & Cream are advisable to avoid disappointment, this is due to the nature of the experience and the time slots allocated. On occasion we are able to accommodate last minute bookings and walk-ins, but this cannot be guaranteed, and we would hate for you to be disappointed. If you are booking for a party of up to 4 people who are 11years old and over the easiest way to book is by using our online booking calendar. Whiskers & Cream takes a deposit for all bookings which is deducted from your bill when you visit.
We also have some limited off peak bookings which will be visible on the booking system if available on the date you wish to book.
**Please note if your party contains children under 11 years old then you MUST not use the online booking calendar. Please email us at managers@whiskersandcream.com with your phone number, date you would like to come and the ages of children. We will get back to you within 24 hours to make/discuss your booking.**
YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED if you book online with children under 11 years old and will not receive a refund. Notes on the online booking system regarding children are not accepted.
At weekends the last sitting for children under 11 years old is 12.30 – 1400. Dedicated 11 years and over sessions start at 1400.
If you have a party size of 5 or more adults or you would like to include children under 11 years old in your booking please call us directly on 0207 263 2888 or fill out our booking request below. All tables of 6 people are required to have the afternoon tea options.
We regret that on weekends due to the layout of the cafe it is not possible to book for tables for more than 6 people.
How Much Does Whiskers & Cream Cat Cafe Cost?
All bookings at Whiskers & Cream are for 90 minutes. This can be extended in 30-minute slots when there is capacity. During your visit staff will tell you all about the cats and you will be able to walk around to meet them all.
All entries include
- 90 MINUTE SESSION
- A PREMIUM HOT OR COLD DRINK.
- A cat welfare charge which goes towards food, health and general care
Afternoon tea includes all of the above and a 3 tiered high tea consisting of delicious sandwiches, all butter scones, indulgent cakes and sorbet.
A selection of beer or wine can be purchased from 12:00pm

Off Peak Session – these are now available Monday to Friday on limited dates. Off peak booking slots will show on you selected booking date ONLY if they are available.

Care & Consideration Leads To Contentment
If you are visiting with children, it is essential that you stay with them at ALL times and do not allow them to walk around or touch the cats unsupervised. Please do not allow your children to climb on the cat shelves, trees or cafe furniture.
The Whiskers & Cream cats usually love to be stroked gently on their heads and played with. Waving toys close to their faces can scare or hurt them, and like us, they sometimes want to be left alone or may wish to rest so please do not disturb sleeping cats.
Our cat care coordinator will be on hand to introduce you to the cats, tell you their stories and sometimes, you could even help with grooming!
Please wash your hands before eating. Occasionally infections can be transmitted to humans from cats, this is called ‘Feline Zoonosis’.
If a cat walks onto your table ideally ask a member of staff to move them. If no staff member is close, please gently move them off the table and do not ever let them eat your food or drink as it can make them very sick.
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who; is not adhering to the above, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or is causing distress to the cats.
